HomeUnion®® uses certain information relating to Comps in determining projected financial results for certain properties. Comps are chosen on the basis of several attributes of the Comp property in relation to the featured property, including, but not limited to: sale price, location, sale date, square footage, year built, length of time between sale and closing, type of sale (e.g., short sale, foreclosure, standard sale).
